Batman Vs. Superman

Setelah membaca entry blog kenalan saya, baru saya sedar betapa tipunya Superman berbanding Batman. Hehhe. Ada orang tu suruh saya tengok latest movie Batman, sorry my friend tak sempat-sempat tengok, sibuk! Hikhik. Daei tak seharusnya ada masa terluang bergoyang kaki kan? =D

Selamat membaca di bawah ini. Bacalah... kreatif sungguh, gerenti tak stop baca sampai habis!

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Peace be upon you dear readers...

So if you read my last post..you'll know how I came up with this next theory:

If you can't stand Kryptonite, then forget about being Superman, be Batman...

Why?

Because we're human and I think we can all relate to him, unlike Superman who comes from planet Krypton who's almost perfect (i.e: Bulletproof body, can fly, lazer eyes, super strength etc.) but when it comes to Kryptonite..He's helpless.

So why Batman?

Because the Dark Knight puts an effort to all his weaknesses. He can't fly, but he invents gadgets to make it possible from him to go from one place to another.
His body may not be bulletproof (he's still has scars and he bleeds whenever he's hurt), but he solves it by making a bulletproof costume.
He may not be fast, but he has his batmobile and his motocycles etc.
He doesn't have superstrength but he works out to make his body more resistant.
Whatever weaknesses he has, he uses his brain to solve the complications.
He doesn't just sit around and wait for help to come, he does something so that he can be the best hero anyone could ever be.
Hes human..just like us.
He may be wealthy, but he doesn't spend all his money lavishly.

And he doesn't care what other people thinks of him. People may look at him as a rich-good-for-nothing-playboy even if he's Gotham's City number 1 crimefighter.
He doesn't have the need to justify he's the hero.
He just simply..do the job.

And don't get me wrong,he has his fears too. He's afraid of bats. But that does not stop him from doing his job. He works on his fear...Thats what he do..find a solution.

I talked about this with a sister and she did add few more useful points on my outtakes:

X : Same thing when we read the tales of the prophet's companions....... as long as we have that mindset "Of course they can do (this and that), they're the prophet's companion..etc". For as long as we think they are SuperHuman we will never learn from them.
We can read tons of the tales of Muhammad's companions, but will merely just be a wonderful fairytale everybody loves...We will never learn from them...
Only until the point where we realize, they really are just normal human beings..Just like us.
Only then,we'll gain something from their life stories.

Y : Exactly..Sometimes people fail to see the point. Even from the Prophet himself. God had purposely chosen the prophets among the people, among us humans, so we can relate to them and learn.
(Instead, we always use this as an excuse, he's a prophet,of course he's capable of things. Well, Im not trying to say that men like Adam,Moses,Jesus,Abraham,Muhammad (etc.) are not special. They're the chosen one after all. But they're also humans, never forget that. Hey,even the prophet is warned by God himself (Surah 'Abasa).

X : Yes... but often we always think of them as SuperHuman from the past. We fail to relate to them. We,ourselves create barriers.

Conclusion: They're human, we're human. If they can be the best of humankind. Why can't we ourselves try to be the best person we can be?

Everybody have their own strength... Everyone's gifted. ;-)

Okay fine, still insist on being Superman? Sure theres nothing wrong in choosing him. But don't work alone then... Hey even the Man of Steel needs his companions, the Justice League.
(Surah As-Saff)

S.O.S.

The stuff that occupies my head space is lately, pretty deadly dull. I won't elaborate on that anymore though.

Life on the slow lane is just that, slow. Thrown in the middle of an ancient and remote land has shed some light into my being as to how I relate to and actually enjoy the world of hecticness. It is not that I don't like the peace and serenity of this community, it's just that rushing, dashing and hustling has been part of my life vocabulary for quite awhile now that I almost forgot how it feels like to have some time just for myself.

Writing this down only further infuriates the whole situation. It just annoys me so much to think that people are doing something while I'm stuck at a point in time where I don't feel like what I do is anywhere near productive.

Yes, this is the Nafs talking. Sending an S.O.S. to Iman. Mayday, mayday! Please hurry back!

Anonymously Dedicated

When you hold true to the believe that there is a Higher Power that holds your heart, you will be at peace knowing that for every wave of emotions you experience, there is an explanation as to why you are feeling that way.

Sometimes when it hurts too much, you will realize that that is when you find strength.

Sometimes when the yearning is too intense, you will appreciate it all the more.

Sometimes, no, all the time, you just have to be thankful that you are able to feel...

Alhamdulillah.

Dakwah

Mungkin biasa benar kita mendengar ibu bapa mengajar anak bersolat.

Dakwah urusan orang berketayap berjanggut.

“Gila dakwah,” kata mereka.

NASIHAT LUQMAN

Sabar dan proaktif, begin with the end mind juga disuluh secerahnya.

SILIBUS IBU BAPA

Luqman mengajar anaknya tentang dakwah.

Nomad

Two weeks without proper internet connection.

Somehow I managed to overcome that obstacle surprisingly with much ease. Erk?! Ye ke? Hehhe.

Alhamdulillah. I now have a broadband connection.

People around here are very friendly, polite, warm and welcoming. A stark difference to the harsh, self-centered community of the capital city. Somebody might disagree with this though.

Anyway, I'll write some more... when I have the time and the mood.

Searching For Strength

[1] Wahai orang yang berselimut!.
[2]

[7]
kerana sesungguhnya engkau pada siang hari sibuk dengan urusan-urusan yang panjang;

[8]

I used to think that waking up for Qiam will only make me sleepy the next day and will affect my daily activities. Although that fact can not be disputed 100% at the moment, I do believe that early morning is the best time for you to focus yourself to do anything you want to put your mind to.

Having said that, my faith towards the goodness of Qiam is strengthen by the Word of God. It would be impossible for Allah to lie right? If He says that this thing can make you stronger, it will definitely make you stronger
lah. Unless you used that thing the wrong way. So, the same goes to Qiam. If we really try to freshen our sleepy heads in the early morning by taking a bath or taking a cup of coffee and prepare ourselves to really seep into the feeling of closeness to Allah when we perform our Qiamullayl, rest assured that your soul will definitely be strengthen through out the day.

Am facing a few difficult tests at the moment, may these tests be a catalyst for me to perfom my Qiam well.
Strength is from none other but Allah!

All praise be to Allah!

Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah.

Right now, there are no words that could describe what I feel. It is so beautiful how Allah has arranged each and every event with such precision that one can not deny the exquisiteness of His plans in everything that happens in this world each day, each second, moment by moment.

Thank you Allah for giving me someone to hold on to, someone I am close to, someone I trust, someone I love, to start treading this path too. Only You know how much this means to me.

Alhamdulillah.

Not afraid to stand alone

I am not afraid to stand alone

If Allah is by my side

Everything is going be alright

Going to keep my head up high

Peer pressure, they were insisting

And I was resisting

Some days, I felt I would give in

Just wanted to fit in

Others may fall, but I'm hold my own
With Allah's help I’ll be strong as stone
And I’ll be the one to let Al Islam be shown
Cause I am not afraid yo to stand alone
