Pernah aku terasa seperti ingin sahaja melarikan diri,
Kadang-kadang seperti "Apa sebenarnya aku buat ini?"
Ada ketika putus asa bagai mengunjung hati.
Mendengar bisikan-bisikan si iblis dan rakan-rakan,
Sudah sememangnya membuat diri ini tertekan,
Letih, memang meletihkan.
Tapi hari ini hatiku berdetik,
Mengapa aku masih di sini?
Kerana Dia lebih tahu apa yang terbaik buatku.
"And if Allah touches you with hurt, there is none who can remove it but He; and if He intends any good for you, there is none who can keep back His favour; He brings it to whom He pleases of His servants; And He is the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [10:107]

arifah syg, the question 'why am i still here' is a good one, its scary enuf to think of all the possibilities and influences from the surrounding but i think, we are waaay smarter to choose how we want to be influenced and of course, God has a reason to give us more time kan. we are smart enuf not to let others influence us.
